Read this before you use the tool. It sets out what Downloader.pics does and does not claim, and where responsibility sits.
1. No affiliation with Shopify or any store
Shopify® is a registered trademark of Shopify Inc. Downloader.pics is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or certified by Shopify Inc. Any other platform, brand, store or product name on this site belongs to its respective owner and is used for identification only. Mentioning a platform does not imply any partnership or approval.
2. No rights are granted in the images
The tool retrieves files that a third-party website already publishes. It does not licence them to you, and downloading a file does not give you any right to use it. Product photography is generally owned by the brand, merchant or photographer who produced it. Copying a competitor's product images onto your own store is copyright infringement in most jurisdictions, and can also breach the source platform's terms of service.
You are responsible for checking you have the right to use anything you download. If you are unsure, ask the rights holder for written permission, or use your own photography.
3. No bypassing of protections
The tool only reads what a page serves publicly to any visitor. It does not defeat logins, paywalls, DRM or any other technical protection measure, and it must not be used in an attempt to do so.
4. No guarantee of results
Extraction is best-effort. Some pages do not expose a standard product gallery; public request proxies can be rate-limited or offline; and site structures change without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific page will work, that every image will be found, or that the service will be available at any given time.
5. Not legal advice
Nothing on this site — including anything written about copyright, fair use or platform terms — is legal advice. Copyright law differs by country and by situation. For a decision that matters, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
6. External links
Where this site links to third-party websites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or privacy practices.
7. Limitation
Use of the tool is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, including any claim brought against you in relation to images you retrieved. See the Terms of Service for the full position.
