Downloader.pics is free. There is no account, no subscription and no checkout, so in normal use there is nothing to charge and nothing to refund.
1. The tool is free to use
Every feature on this site — fetching a product gallery, downloading images individually or as a ZIP, resizing, compressing and converting formats — is available at no cost, with no signup and no usage limit. We do not take payment details and we do not run a trial that converts into a paid plan.
2. If a paid feature is ever offered
If we introduce a paid plan, add-on or one-off purchase in future, this policy will apply to it:
- Refund window. You may request a full refund within ⟨14⟩ days of purchase if the feature does not work as described.
- How to request. Email support@downloader.pics from the address used at purchase, with the order reference and a short description of the problem.
- Processing. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ⟨5–10⟩ business days. Your bank may take longer to post it.
- Cancellations. Any recurring plan can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate part-months unless the law where you live requires it.
- Exceptions. We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or use that breaches the Terms of Service.
3. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits any refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law in your country, including the statutory right of withdrawal available to consumers in the UK and EU.
4. Third-party charges
We never charge for images retrieved through the tool, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and the store whose page you paste. If you were charged by another site, contact that site directly.
